| Low level shower tray fitted with integral waste water pump  The TRAYMATIC Interior and the TRAYMATIC Exterior from Saniflo are low level shower trays fitted with an internal or external waste water pump to enable easy installation of a new shower system anywhere in a building. TRAYMATIC is available in three sizes to fit most installations - 90x90, 100x80 and 120 x 80cm. TRAYMATIC trays provide the ideal solution for new as well as refurbished installations. Height of the trays is only 4.6cm making them readily accessible. Manufactured in acrylic capped polyurethane and coated with Biotech (an anti-slip coating) TRAYMATIC trays marketed by Saniflo are fitted with a waste water pump for easy connection to a discharge pipe (32mm diameter) that allows waste water to be pumped vertically 3 meters and horizontally 20 meters or a combination of both.How do TRAYMATIC shower trays function? When the water from the shower drains by gravity through the trap it triggers a micro switch which automatically starts the pump pumping the waste water through small bore pipework to a distant drain. The TRAYMATIC is built to withstand a maximum waste water temperature of 35 C and is manufactured in compliance with Standard IP44. The trays are connected to the electrical supply via an unswitched fused spur.
