| Skanska awarded road assignment in Norway Swedish construction firm Skanska has been awarded the assignment to widen a 10.2 kilometer section of the E18 highway in Norway. The contract value is NOK 764 M, about SEK 880 M. The customer is the Norwegian Public Roads Administration (Statens Vegvesen). The assignment means Skanska will expand the existing E18 section to a four-lane highway. The project covers new southbound lanes and upgrades for northbound traffic.
