| Leighton makes new appointment The Board of Leighton Holdings Ltd (Leighton) announced that Mr Stephen Johns has been elected by the Board to succeed Mr David Mortimer as Chairman. As announced earlier, Mr Mortimer has resigned from the Board. Mr Johns has been an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of Leighton's Audit Committee since 2009. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Westfield Holdings Ltd and Brambles Ltd, and Chairman of Spark Infrastructure. Leighton also announced the appointment of Mr Hamish Tyrwhitt as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director.
