| Kirchner awarded contract for Klinikum Ansbach Klinikum Ansbach in Bavaria awarded Hermann Kirchner Projektgesellschaft mbH the contract to modernise and perform an energy retrofit of the hospital's nurses' home. The contract will be implemented through a PPP model. Also to be built are a heating system, a parking deck with 255 spaces as well as a helicopter landing pad with direct access to the hospital's trauma centre. Once completed, Kirchner will maintain all objects during the 30-year operating phase and will guarantee the financing of the entire project over the contract period. Züblin's Bavaria/System Building sub-division through its Nuremberg office as well as the Jena-Gera business unit of the Central Region sub-division. Planning will begin immediately; a construction time of 3 years is planned. All construction work will be conducted during regular hospital operations, which will cause some disturbances and disruptions. During the duration of construction, alternative solutions will be provided for residences and parking spaces. The overall project volume amounts to € 52 million, the gross total investment costs amount to about € 30 million. Financing will be handled on the basis of non-recourse forfeiting through Bayern LB and Sparkasse Ansbach. write your comments about the article :: © 2011 Construction News :: home page |
