| Recticel will close its factory in North East England Recticel Ltd, one of the UK's leading foam manufacturers, has announced that it will rationalise its Flexible Foams converting activities in the United Kingdom by closing its "Carobel" comfort foam converting factory located in North Shields (North East England) before the end of 2011. This restructuring plan will lead to the collective redundancy of 52 employees on a total of 521 people employed in the Flexible Foams' activities in the United Kingdom. The Group is committed to search together with the employees for the best social support measures.
