| Jacobs to support U.S. Army mission critical vehicle systems California, US-based engineering giant Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. announced that it has been awarded a contract from the U.S. Army TACOM Life Cycle Management Command in Warren, Mich. to support the Program Manager (PM) Heavy Brigade Combat Team (HBCT) with production, product assurance and engineering services for all PM HBCT platform vehicles.
