Budimex wins two contracts in Poland

Through Ferrovial Agroman subsidiary Budimex, Ferrovial has clinched two new construction contracts in Poland: the new Silesian Museum building in Katowice and a regional hospital in Wroclaw, both in southern Poland.

The contract to build the new Silesian Museum building is worth over 42 million euro. Construction is expected to take 21 months from the date of signature of the contract and the building is expected to open in May 2013.

Budimex also signed a contract to build a new regional hospital in Wroc³aw for more than 40 million euro. This contract includes development of the surrounding area and construction of a heliport.

Budimex's main contracts in Poland include construction of a section of the S17 highway in Lublin, the bridge over the Vistula river at Kwidzyn, several sections of the A2, A1 and A4 highways, and the renovation of the Wroc³aw railway station.
