AluLight TF roof system for thin-film modules

In no time, the AluLight mounting system has successfully established itself on the market due to its excellent characteristics. Now, a consistent further development of this system resulted in the AluLight TF system that is optimized for thin-film modules. The proven AluLight system will convince you with its optimal economic efficiency and its attractive visual appearance. It serves for the mounting of modules with a fixed elevation angle of 12 degrees in completely closed rows considering the aim of reduced superimposed loads. The recently developed AluLight TF system has been especially optimized for First Solar modules and is also suitable for other thin-film modules with similar dimensions.

AluLight TF is made up of aluminum bodies that are delivered as single sheet metal form parts in order to reduce the shipping charges. These parts can be assembled with only a few simple work steps using a pair of rivet pliers. The concrete border stones that are used for loading also fulfil two other tasks: They interconnect the aluminium bodies and safeguard a distributed transmission of pressure loads into the roof cladding. This results in very short assembly times which makes the system especially interesting from an economic point of view.

Two thin-film modules are arranged horizontally and floatingly above each other. The aluminum body is a perfect substructure for the avoidance of module twists. The adherence to the clamping areas has been especially taken into account, as the clamping areas of thin-film modules are defined very exactly.

Like on all solar mounting systems, Schletter grants a voluntary 10-year durability guarantee on Alulight TF and also creates the required structural analysis regarding the superimposed loads as well as the shade distance calculation.
