| SNC-Lavalin participates in qualifying bid for federal naval contracts Montreal-based engineering firm SNC-Lavalin (TSX: SNC) announced the Quebec Superior Court's decision to authorize the sale of the Davie Yards assets to Upper Lakes Group (ULG). This authorization has enabled the joint venture composed of SNC-Lavalin, ULG and Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering (DSME) to submit qualifying documents under the National Shipbuilding Procurement Strategy (NSPS) office.
