| BAM is merging office and retail developers into AM Real Estate Development Dutch builder Royal BAM Group nv is planning to merge the Groups' activities in the field of office and retail development into AM Real Estate Development from 1 September 2011. The merger concerns two business units that focus on the development of office and retail space, namely AM Real Estate Development (with approximately twenty employees) and IPMMC (with around 35 employees). The intended merger will lead to greater synergy. The name IPMMC will remain linked to the IPMMC Consult business unit, which acts as an adviser and project manager for development and housing projects. AM Real Estate Development will have its offices in Utrecht, where IPMMC is currently based. With effect from 1 September 2011 the management of AM Real Estate Development will consist of Mr M.
