| Morgan Sindall Group secures £130 million Warrington development  Muse Developments, Morgan Sindall Group's commercial development and urban regeneration business, has been selected by Warrington Borough Council as its development partner for the Council's £130 million Bridge Street, town centre development.The scheme is the first phase of the Council's 25-year masterplan for the regeneration of the town centre and waterfront area. Development plans for the six-hectare Bridge Street site encompass the construction of shops, restaurants, a gym, a cinema, a food-store, an indoor market, a cultural centre, a hotel and new Council offices.
