| Skanska divest logistics property in Gothenburg Skanska has divested a logistics property in Gothenburg. The selling price is SEK 305 M and the capital gain for Skanska is SEK 79 M. The buyer is Wilfast Förvaltning AB and Norwegian Ness Risan & Partners AS, jointly with an investment consortium. The transaction pertains to a logistics property, with cargo terminal and office premises totaling approximately 20, 400 square meters. The property was completed in 2009 and is fully leased to DHL Freight.
