| France's Vinci signs new €4 billion syndicated revolving facility Vinci, the world's largest construction and concessions group, signed a five years €4 billion multicurrency revolving facility with a syndicate of 23 banks. The transaction was clearly oversubscribed, illustrating the strong market support and confidence in Vinci's credit quality. This facility includes two one year extension options and will be used for general corporate purposes.
