| Fluor to provide Dow engineering and design services Fluor Corp announced that it has been awarded a contract by The Dow Chemical Company to provide basic engineering and design services on its propane dehydrogenation (PDH) expansion project in Freeport, Texas. The undisclosed contract value will be booked in the second quarter of 2011.
