| Strabag to develop residential space in Tyresö, Sweden Strabag, Central and Eastern Europe's largest construction company, also operates as a project developer in certain markets, including Sweden. Its subsidiary Strabag Projektutveckling AB is now developing over 12,000 m² of residential space as well as additional shopping areas next to "Tyresö Centrum", the local shopping centre in Tyresö, a southern suburb of Stockholm. The current plan for "Tyresö View" foresees one high-rise building and an adjoining lower building with 150 apartments offering a total space of 12,863 m². In addition, about 2,335 m² of retail space as well as a parking lot with 100 parking spaces will be built. This yields a total project volume of around SEK 600 million (€ 67 million) and a total amount of space up for sale of 15,198 m². Construction is set to begin in the autumn of 2011.
