| Arcadis closes sale of facility management activities Arcadis, the international consultancy, design, engineering and management services company, announced that it has closed the sale of its respective 50% stake in the joint venture Arcadis Aqumen Facility Management B.V. to Asito Dienstengroep. For Arcadis the decision to sell stems from its recent strategy update in which it was assessed that AAFM no longer belongs to the core activities, also because of the limited amount of synergies.
