| Bilfinger Berger operates colleges in Northern Ireland  In Belfast, Northern Ireland, German civil engineering and construction giant Bilfinger Berger has taken the last of four college campuses in which the company is a major shareholder into full operation. The campuses were delivered as part of a public private partnership (PPP). Together with local partners, Bilfinger Berger has financed, designed, built or rehabilitated the educational facilities of the South Eastern Regional College. Over the next 25 years, the consortium under the leadership of Bilfinger Berger Project Investments will be responsible for operating the four schools.
