| SEB sells office building in Bristol German open-ended property fund SEB Asset Management has sold the headquarters building of the international law firm Osborne Clarke in Bristol (United Kingdom) at a profit for GBP 31.0 million. The selling price is above the most recently determined market value. The new owner of the property, which is located in the Bristol Temple Quay district of the city and offers around 8,130 m² of office space, is a customised investment fund managed by Deka Immobilien. The building was acquired in March 2009 from Invista Real Estate Investment Management Limited for a total investment of around GBP 27.8 million and was part of the property assets of the SEB Europe REI real estate special fund.
