| Hellmann Mens Wear to open new Berlin store Hellmann Mens Wear has had a presence on the German capital's key shopping avenue for over 20 years, at Kurfürstendamm 53, selling men's clothing and shoes. The new store is scheduled to open its doors this summer. Advised by international real estate advisor Savills, Hellmann Mens Wear has taken 50 sq m of retail space on a 10-year lease. Susann Huch, senior consultant retail agency Savills Germany, says: "Kurfürstendamm is the top shopping street in Berlin so this is an important letting for Hellmann Mens Wear.
