| Ran Holman to join Hines' Southwest Region's Dallas office The Dallas office of Hines, the international real estate firm, announced that Ran Holman will join Hines on April 25 as a Vice President-Development in the firm's Southwest Region. Holman will lead Hines' commercial development efforts in that market with a primary focus on the office, industrial and multifamily sectors. His office will be located in Hines' Chase Tower in the Dallas Arts District. Most recently, Holman was founder/principal of Extant Commercial, LLC in Dallas where he provided sourcing, advisory and underwriting services to institutional and private commercial real estate investors, as well as providing brokerage and construction management services in key Texas markets.
