| Lend Lease to expand Ipswich Hospital in Queensland Australian property group Lend Lease has been announced as the Managing Contractor by the Queensland Government to deliver the first stage of the $128.7 million Ipswich Hospital expansion. The project will comprise the addition of two levels to the existing Clinical Services Building (CSB), including an extension to the Emergency department (ED), refurbishment works to the existing CSB and ED, and refurbishment works to the Out Patients Building. The Ipswich Hospital expansion will ensure health care services meet the demands of the Ipswich and Western corridor into the future, an area that is projected to continue to experience significant population growth.
