| Arcadis nominates Neil Mcarthur as member of the Executive Board Dutch engineering consultancy Arcadis announced that its Supervisory Board will nominate Mr. Neil C. McArthur for appointment to become a member of the Executive Board of Arcadis NV as of September 1, 2011. This nomination will be on the agenda of the General Meeting of Shareholders which is scheduled for May 18, 2011.
