| North American engineering consultancy to be known as Atkins Atkins has strengthened its foothold in the North American market with the planned re-brand of its national business in the United States. The PBSJ Corporation ("PBSJ"), acquired in October 2010, will be known as Atkins. The acquisition of one of America's leading providers of engineering, planning, architecture, construction, environmental and programme management services gives Atkins a platform for growth in this important market. Holders of more than 97 percent of The PBSJ Corporation's capital stock voted overwhelmingly to approve the Corporation's acquisition by Atkins last October.
