Lovell appointed to £multi-million Scottish housing frameworks

Morgan Sindall Group's affordable housing division Lovell has been appointed to two housing association frameworks in Scotland, worth up to £210 million.

Lovell is one of six appointed construction partners on the Port of Leith Housing Association Consortium's framework, helping to deliver new affordable homes in Edinburgh. The framework is worth up to £130 million over the next four years. The consortium, comprising Port of Leith Housing Association, Cairn Housing Association, Hillcrest Housing Association and Home Scotland Housing Association, is one of three selected preferred partners working with the City of Edinburgh to deliver affordable housing in the city.

In addition, West of Scotland Housing Association has named Lovell as one of five contractor partners on its four-year development framework, worth up to £80 million, building new homes across Glasgow, North and South Lanarkshire, East Renfrewshire and Ayrshire. The development framework will include special needs projects and may also incorporate some commercial developments and environmental improvements.
