| Pierre Verzat takes up his position as CEO of Systra Pierre Verzat assumes his position as CEO of France's Systra with effect from Tuesday 15 March, in accordance with the decision taken on 25 January by the SYSTRA Board under the Chairmanship of Pierre Mongin. Pierre Verzat is destined to become Chairman of the Executive Board once the new corporate governance announced by the two key shareholders, RATP and SNCF, on 28 October 2010 comes into force.
