| Jacobs wins contract from the National Roads Authority of Ireland Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. announced that it was awarded the role of engineering and environmental consultant by the National Roads Authority of Ireland for the provision of design and environmental services associated with the N8/N25 Dunkettle Interchange Improvement scheme. Jacobs' scope of work for the project includes the identification of design solutions for the interchange, followed by the development of the engineering design, preparation of an environmental impact statement and preparation of all documentation required for the publication of statutory orders of the Interchange Improvement Scheme. This scheme involves improvement works to the N8/N25 Dunkettle Interchange to improve the free flow of traffic through the interchange on the outskirts of Cork City.
