| Atkins secures safety award Atkins' dedication to safety has been recognised at the 2010 Rail Business Awards, as the company's Safe by Choice programme picked up the Safety and Security Excellence gong - the second industry award for the Atkins' safety programme. Safe by Choice is a behavioural based safety programme which aims to change behaviours and consequently reduce the chances of any safety related incidents occurring.
