| NCC to build apartments at Stockholm Royal Seaport NCC Construction Sweden has been commissioned to construct rental and tenant/owner apartments in the new area of Stockholm Royal Seaport in Norra Djurgården. The principal for the rental apartments is AB Familjebostäder and the principal for the tenant-owner apartments is Bo Entreprenad AB. The contract will be registered as among orders in the first quarter of 2011 and has a value of approximately SEK 280 million. The 109 rental apartments and 69 tenant-owner apartments are located in the same neighborhood, Gotska Sandön. A pre-school and meeting hall will also be constructed. Stockholm Royal Seaport in Norra Djurgården is one of Europe's most extensive urban development areas, with 10,000 housing units and 30,000 workplaces planned in total.
