| Icade to sell the Munich Arnulfpark building  As a pre-sale prior to completion of construction, Icade transferred the ownership of the 19,300 m€ office building located in the mixed Munich Arnulfpark Business Park to Deka Immobilien on 1 March 2011 for a net price of €72.5m (excluding real estate transfer tax).
