| Foster Wheeler reports results for FY and 4Q of 2010 Foster Wheeler AG reported net income for the fourth quarter of 2010 of $32.8 million, or $0.26 per diluted share, compared with $65.1 million, or $0.51 per diluted share, in the fourth quarter of 2009. Fourth-quarter 2010 consolidated EBITDA (earnings before interest expense, income taxes, depreciation and amortization) was $71.0 million, compared with $108.1 million in the fourth quarter of 2009. For the full year 2010, net income was $215.4 million, or $1.70 per diluted share, compared with $350.2 million, or $2.75 per diluted share, in 2009.
