| Ferrovial concludes the sale of Swissport to PAI Partners Ferrovial, through subsidiary Ferrovial Services, has completed the sale of Swissport International AG, the world's largest airport ground handling company, to private equity firm PAI Partners for 900 million Swiss francs (approximately 695 million euro), i.e. at a net capital gain of 198 million euro. The transaction was announced in November. Ferrovial acquired Swissport International Ltd. late in 2005; since then, it has become the world's largest passenger and cargo handling company with a presence in 38 countries.
