| Bilfinger Berger to acquire ATG German construction giant Bilfinger Berger has acquired British industrial service provider ATG, expanding its capacity in measurement, control and automation engineering in the United Kingdom. ATG generates an annual volume of €25 million and employs 250 people. The company had previously been owned by its management group, which will continue to run the business. The two parties have agreed not to disclose details of the purchase price. ATG specializes in the design, manufacture, installation and maintenance of integrated electronic systems and has long-standing relationships with prominent industrial companies such as Shell, KMI, Eli Lilly and Siemens. The acquisition ideally complements the product range of Bilfinger Berger Industrial Services in the United Kingdom.
