| Volvo Construction Equipment to show innovation and technology at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2011 Volvo Construction Equipment will present strength and commitment to the construction industry at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2011, which will be held in Las Vegas, United States Of America on 22-Mar-2011 in Las Vegas Convention Center. An exhibition area of over 30,000 square feet will showcase 19 machines in three themed areas – all of which represent new technology and innovation. Volvo is committed to products, customer support, finance and educational solutions for the advancement of the construction industry. The strength of the Volvo Group will be displayed with more than eight new product introductions and customer support initiatives, all complimented by current machines representing the full range. Contractors involved in heavy construction, oil and gas, road construction, waste handling and other applications will experience Volvo's dedication to providing quality equipment, lower environmental impact and increased machine uptime. A new era of wheel loader from Volvo will debut with increased productivity and fuel efficiency that will set the standard. This new addition to the large class of Volvo wheel loaders will offer power in a package designed for high performance and smooth, efficient operation. The latest OptiShift technology and CareTrack telematics reinforce efficiency. Volvo will unveil newly designed wheeled and tracked skid steer loader models expanding the current line of equipment. The vertical and radial lift machines include complementary attachments to meet a variety of demanding jobsite needs. Volvo Construction Equipment gives oil and gas pipeline contractors a lift with a revolutionary line of excavator based pipelayers. At CONEXPO, Volvo will also add a new model to the company's pipelayer range with revised lift and positioning capability. A Volvo engine keeps machine performance high and fuel consumption low. At CONEXPO, visitors will see Volvo Tier 4i/Stage IIIB emission compliant engines in a new generation of machines.
