| John Holland delivers ELF Stage 2 Works in Singleton John Holland, one of Australia's leading and most diversified contracting, engineering and services providers, has been awarded the contract to deliver the Enhanced Land Force (ELF) Stage 2 Works at the Singleton Army Base in NSW by the Australian Department of Defence. The construct only contract is valued at approximately $110 million. John Holland will construct facilities and supporting infrastructure for the Singleton Military Area under the contract. New buildings and training resources will be delivered as part of the works, including a new School of Infantry headquarters, Battle Simulation Centre, Australian Army Museum and multiple new accommodation facilities.
