| Bovis Lend Lease in Russia secures mixed-use development Bovis Lend Lease was chosen among four other international construction companies. The Construction Management Services Agreement was signed with OOO Investment company INCENTRA owned by the big international EUROWINDOW HOLDING, one of the biggest developers in Vietnam currently developing 9 large-scale international projects. The development scheme includes a 22-storey apartment and hotel block and an adjacent 3-storey building, which include a trade and exhibition complex, sport-entertainment area and multi-function hall, retail block and large underground parking. Overall area of the buildings is 133 000 sq.m. placed on 4.9 hectares in the Moscow's north-east district.
