| Strabag announces change on its management board Austrian construction giant Strabag SE announced a change on its management board effective 1 January 2011. Siegfried Wanker will assume technical management board responsibilities in the Special Divisions & Concessions segment. He succeeds Roland Jurecka, who is resigning his mandate and retiring on 31 December 2010. Siegfried Wanker, born in 1968, currently serves as technical head of the Infrastructure Project Development Division within the Strabag Group. He studied civil engineering at Graz University of Technology before joining the company as a site manager in 1994. Between 2001 and 2004, he held various management-level positions at engineering service providers before rejoining the Strabag Group in 2005. In addition to the succession planning, the supervisory board of Strabag SE, at a meeting on 2 December 2010, voted to extend the existing mandates of the other management board members.
