| Pierre Mongin elected as Chairman of Systra Pierre Mongin, Chief Executive of RATP, was elected Chairman of French rail and urban development giant Systra at a meeting of the Systra Board held on Thursday 9 December, 2010. The Board also elected Guillaume Pépy, Chief Executive of SNCF, to the post of Vice Chairman.
