| Amec undertakes strategic partnership with S2V Consulting British construction giant Amec announces that it has acquired a majority shareholding in S2V Consulting Pty Ltd (S2V Consulting), a leading consultancy to the oil and gas industry, to form a new partnership in Australia. The management of S2V Consulting will retain a significant stake in the business, and S2V Consulting will keep its independent brand and specialised service offering. S2V Consulting provides front-end consulting services including field development planning, conceptual screening and project assurance. It also offers specialist technical consulting throughout the project life-cycle such as subsea, pipelines, technical safety and risk and environmental services.
