The order value is approximately SEK 170 million. Planning will commence immediately and construction is scheduled to start on March 1, 2011. Planning will commence immediately and construction is scheduled to start on March 1, 2011. The contract between NCC Construction Sweden and Östers IF was signed today and is subject to approval being received from the Municipal Council in January 2011. The Municipality will serve as creditor for the project. The arena is scheduled for completion on July 1, 2012 and construction will employ approximately 50 people.
