| Pöyry acquires 60% of Brazilian forest-based consulting Finland's Pöyry has acquired 60 per cent of the shares of Silviconsult Engenharia Ltda, a Brazilian forest-oriented consulting. The company's annual net sales are about EUR 1.7 million. Established in 1989, Silviconsult provides solutions for forest businesses and socioenvironmental management, and is a valuable addition to Pöyry's service offering.
