| SENNEBOGEN 630 duty cycle crawler crane Grund- Pfahl- und Sonderbau GmbH (GPS) is Austrian special civil engineering company for all projects in the area of foundation engineering. The set tasks are fulfilled efficiently with specialist know-how and modern equipment. As was the case in Teisendorf, Germany where piped dry drilling with a diameter of 90 cm for the installation of a stanchion, approx. 20 m in length, was carried out with a SENNEBOGEN 630 duty cycle crawler crane. The piping serves to complete the upper part of depth drilling being carried out by Rohöl-Aufsuchungs AG in the search for crude oil and natural gas. Equipped with piping machinery and a rope grab, the SENNEBOGEN 630 HD is the ideal machine for all tasks of this nature. With this 30 t machine, the pipes were transported, the core clearance was carried out with the rope grab, and finally the piping was positioned. The boom length was tailored to 15.9 m for this application. The ease of transportation due to its compact size and mere 2.75 m transport width is a great advantage, particularly for casing applications that are difficult to access. "Construction sites in this area usually don't take very long. That's why the rapid set-up times and the ease of transportation are very important for cost-effectiveness," said GPS Site Manager Alexander Pekarek. With its crane equipment, diaphragm wall grab, drag bucket, grab and casing machine, the SENNEBOGEN 630 HD can be deployed universally and offers the perfect combination of flexibility, performance and cost-effectiveness. Driver Ewald Klemmer is also impressed by the SENNEBOGEN 630 HD: "I'm the regular driver of the 630 and I have to say it's an amazing piece of equipment. In terms of handling, cabin comfort and performance, this machine is perfect. Cased drillings up to 90 cm in diameter are absolutely no problem. And, thanks to the telescopic undercarriage, the machine is completely stable on any terrain". write your comments about the article :: © 2010 Construction News :: home page |
