Colliers International acquires stake in Boer Hartog Hooft

Commercial real estate giant Colliers International has acquired a majority stake in Amsterdam's oldest commercial real estate services firm, Boer Hartog Hooft, growing the Colliers International Dutch operations to 60 professionals. Boer Hartog Hooft will rebrand to Colliers International immediately.

By joining Colliers International, Boer Hartog Hooft will become part of one of the world's top tier real estate brands, with 15 000 employees operating out of more than 480 offices in 61 countries and with revenues of nearly $2 billion.

Boer Hartog Hooft will oversee the operations of Colliers International in the Netherlands and the existing Colliers International office in Amsterdam will transfer to the Boer Hartog Hooft offices by the end of the year. The Colliers International Eindhoven office will continue to be managed by the local partner, Jules van Gaalen.
