| Palmas Altas Campus wins prize at the 2010 Prime Property Awards The new Corporate Headquarters of Spanish industrial conglomerate, Abengoa, the Palmas Altas Technology Campus or CTPA (Seville, Spain), designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour in association with Vidal Architecture and with engineering design by Arup, has won first prize as the best sustainable real estate project in Europe in the 2010 Prime Property Awards. Organized by Union Investment Real Estate AG, one of Europe's leading asset managers for private and institutional clients, the Prime Property Awards recognize real estate projects in Europe that combine commercial success with ecological and sociocultural sustainability in an exemplary fashion. The Palmas Altas Campus competed against an exceptionally high quality field of 142 entries from 19 European countries and, in the jury's opinion is "a prime example of sustainable architecture and technology."
