| Vorwerk Polska in the Oxygen office building Echo Investment and Vorwerk Polska have signed a lease contract for over 200 sqm of office space in Oxygen, which is being developed on Malczewskiego street in Szczecin. Oxygen obtained its certificate of occupancy in July this year. The installation work is currently pending inside the building. Some tenants have already started their operations while others are in the process of premises' acceptance and development. Oxygen is a modern, 9-storeyed office building, located in the very center of Szczecin, at the junction of Malczewskiego street and Wyzwolenia avenue, offering a total leasable area of approx. 13,700 sqm. Vorwerk Polska is part of the German development group Vorwerk, which has nearly 130 years experience in manufacturing and sale of high quality products (including among others Thermomix and Kobold) and services (akf, Hectas). The Vorwerk group has branches in 60 countries as well as over 500,000 employees and partners.
