Construction work is set to start in January 2011. Lovell has also been chosen as a contractor on two affordable housing frameworks in Scotland, valued at £210 million. It has been appointed by Glasgow City Council for the second phase of redevelopment of the Maryhill Locks site. The framework, valued at £75 million, runs for a three-year period and involves the development of up to 700 new homes. Lovell has also secured a position on a £135 million framework across Scotland's central belt. The framework, set up by Places for People, the property management, development and regeneration business, aims to deliver up to 1,500 new homes over a four-year period. write your comments about the article :: © 2010 Construction News :: home page |
