| Morgan Sindall chosen for Havant Public Service Village scheme  Morgan Sindall, the construction, infrastructure and design business of the Morgan Sindall Group, has been selected for a £9 million scheme to create a Public Service Village for Havant Borough Council.The company will refurbish the existing civic offices in Havant in two phases as part of the scheme. Work will include building a new atrium with a sedum roof. It will bring together a range of public and voluntary services in one location including housing and homelessness services, community safety, social care, health information and advice for young people.
