| Jacobs wins contract from RTC of Southern Nevada Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. announced that it has received a contract to provide program management services for the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC). The RTC is the transit authority, transportation planning agency and regional traffic management agency for Southern Nevada.
