| Cegelec Secure wins 2010 Security Trophy for innovation Cegelec Secure, a unit of the French engineering firm Cegelec, has won the 2010 Security Trophy in the category "best technological innovation from a large group" for the latest version of its integrated electronic security system iPerflex. Awarded by a jury of 15 business professionals on the occasion of the 5th annual Security Trophies ceremony which took place last 20 September at the Casino de Paris in France, organised by Marc Dumas Conseil with the cooperation of the En Toute Securite trade publication, this Trophy honours a totally redesigned technological platform based on the flexibility of a Web 2.0 environement (light client) and a more powerful hardware architecture, using a single type of electronic card ensuring efficient cost control and enhanced data and communication protection levels.
