Every Hitachi cordless power tool is designed to the highest standards and is rigorously tested for both performance and durability. Hitachi is proud to offer an exclusive Lifetime Lithium Ion tool warranty to the original purchaser on HXP Lithium Ion cordless tools, which protects against possible defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchase date. This industry leading Lifetime Lithium Ion tool warranty is retroactive and applies to Lithium Ion tools purchased since their initial launch back in August of 2006.
