| Hochtief subsidiaries win contracts in USA, Germany and Poland Hochtief subsidiaries in the USA, Germany and Poland have secured contracts worth 366 million euros. Flatiron and Turner Construction will partner with other companies to plan and build the Oakland Airport Connector in California - a railway line for passenger transport to Oakland International Airport. The contract is worth a total of 262 million euros (361 million US dollars). In overall charge, Flatiron will receive a share of 184 million euros (253 million US dollars). Turner Construction will act as the subcontractor of the joint venture. Turner Construction has also begun construction work on Penn Park, the sports center of the University of Pennsylvania/Philadelphia, in a project worth 22 million euros (30 million US dollars). In addition, it will manage the construction of the Transbay Transit Center, a railway station in San Francisco, for more than 28 million euros (39 million US dollars). From March 1, 2011, Hochtief Facility Management will handle the complete facility management for the Munich Re insurance company in Munich for a period of eight years.
